What Our Rental Laundry Service Includes.
A laundromat washes what you bring it. A rental laundry service runs the whole linen loop: wash, press, stage, deliver, collect and count. We do all of it, in house, with our own teams.
Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and pool towels, sorted by fabric and use rather than thrown into one wash. Sheets and pillowcases come back pressed and folded, ready for the bed. Delicate fabrics and detergent preferences are recorded per property.
Linen is prepped and staged in bags for each property at our facility, then delivered to the property every morning by our own team on daily routes across the Charleston area. Your crew opens the bag and makes the beds.
A separate team goes into every unit to remove the used linen and bring it back to our facility, so nothing is forgotten in a closet or left behind by a cleaner who was running late.
Linen goes missing when nobody is counting. Sets are counted at collection and at delivery, so a shortfall is a number rather than a surprise on a changeover day.
A guest needs another set of towels, or a last-minute booking lands at noon? Our 24/7 communication team works with you in a shared Slack channel, and extra linen and amenities are delivered during the day.
Anything grey, thin or marked is pulled and reported rather than quietly put back on a bed. If the linen is yours, you decide what to replace; if it is ours, we replace it at our cost.

When is the linen delivered?
Every morning. Linen is staged in bags for each property at our facility and delivered by our own team before the turn, so the crew arrives to fresh sets rather than waiting on a wash.
Who picks up the dirty linen?
Our pickup team. A separate team goes into every unit, removes the used linen and brings it back to our facility, so nothing is left behind or forgotten by a cleaner.
Are sheets and pillowcases pressed?
Yes. Dry and press is one of the five steps every load goes through, so sheets and pillowcases arrive pressed and folded, ready for the bed, not just washed and bagged.
Can a guest get extra linens during a stay?
Yes. Our 24/7 communication team works with partners in a shared Slack channel, and extra linen and amenities are delivered during the day for last-minute bookings and mid-stay requests.
Do you use my linens or your own?
Either. Many owners send their own inventory and we launder, press, count and track it. If you would rather not own linen, the Fluffy Linen Subscription supplies 100% cotton, hotel-quality linens from $35 per guest turn and we replace stained or worn items at our cost.
Why not just wash the linen at the property?
Because it costs the owner and it costs the turn. An in-unit wash runs on the owner’s water, power and machine, and a crew waiting on a domestic dryer cannot leave for the next property. It is also the most common reason linen quality drifts across a portfolio.
How do you stop linen going missing?
By counting it. Sets are counted at collection and at delivery, and anything short shows up as a number rather than as a property running out on a Saturday. Worn or stained pieces are pulled and reported rather than put back into rotation.
Do you cover properties outside Charleston?
