Fluffy is a housekeeping and laundry company for short-term rentals, vacation rentals and boutique hotels. The office is in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and the laundry runs through our own facility in North Charleston. Over six years the team has grown to 80+ people caring for 600+ properties from Savannah, Georgia to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
The idea is simple and unusual: the same company cleans the property, supplies and launders the linens, inspects the result, and shows the client what happened. Most operators split those jobs across a cleaner, a laundromat and a group text. We put them under one roof and one standard, then built the software to run it.
Our clients are hosts, property managers and hotels, not private homeowners. Our motto is on every page: clean with purpose, grow with passion.

A cleaning company is a staffing structure with a standard attached. Most of what separates a good turnover from a bad one is decided by who is responsible for what, long before anyone picks up a cloth. This is how ours is arranged.

Nobody signs off their own work. After forty minutes in a room the eye stops registering what it has already looked at, which is why self-inspection misses the same things every time. A supervisor checks the property against the standard and photographs how it was left.
The North Charleston team washes, dries, presses and holds linen against each property’s par levels. Running it in one facility is what lets us control wash chemistry and drying, the two things that decide whether linen lasts its rated cycles or greys out early.
